Julie’s practice focuses exclusively on commercial real estate transactions. She handles acquisitions, sales and commercial financing for borrowers and institutional and private lenders. Julie also handles condominium and HOA matters, working with builders, developers, and homeowners’ associations.
Julie is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.
Julie has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2024) and was recently awarded the Outstanding New Lawyer Award (2024) by the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.
