Lisa is a partner and the managing member of the Firm’s Finance Practice Group.

Her expertise lies in commercial real estate and development, with a specialization in complex financing and property transactions. Lisa has closed over $500 million in loan value over the past 3 years. She represents many of the area’s leading commercial developers and lenders.

Lisa routinely represents privately held companies and individuals with respect to a wide range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, syndication, investment procurement and navigating the intricacies of economic development processes.

Lisa has been recognized as an Albany Business Review Power 50 Honoree (2023), a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2016-2024), an Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 Honoree (2022), and a Lawyer of Distinction (2020-2024).

Remaining actively engaged within the legal community, Lisa is a member of the Albany County Bar Association, the New York State Women’s Bar Association, the Capital District Women’s Bar Association, and the New York Bar Association.

Lisa is a staunch supporter of women throughout the Capital Region. She is a member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), where she provides insight in a group setting in an effort to facilitate growth and independence for women, both locally and on a national level. She is also a member of the Forum of Executive Women (FEW) and the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council.

Lisa is a passionate advocate for the American Cancer Society. She serves on the Board of Advisors and has chaired the Organization’s Gala of Hope for four consecutive years (2020-2024).
